You can search the vast EVE knowledgebase. Ask a question, such as 'How do I mine' and it will search the database for an answer.
If you wish to communicate directly with a Polaris Volunteer, or with a Customer Service Game Master, you may file a Petition. Petitions are answered on a first come, first served basis so the response time may vary. The team will do its best to respond in a timely manner.
File a petition to report harassment, exploits or cheating.
