Eject

If, for whatever reason, you wish to eject from your ship, you can select this option. You will be ejected into space in your escape pod. Your ship be left floating in space, unmanned. You may re-enter your ship by right-clicking on the ship and selecting 'Board' from the menu.

Since this is an action performed only in rare circumstances, you will be asked for confirmation before being ejected from your ship.
